Welcome
Twenty years ago, we began Jai’s with a simple vision: to create a place where people could celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
Like every entrepreneurial journey, ours has been filled with challenges, lessons, and countless blessings. We are deeply grateful to our incredible team, trusted brand partners, and loyal clients who have been part of our story from the very beginning.
Over the years, we’ve welcomed new brands, introduced collections of our own, and expanded into custom jewelry. While Jai’s has grown and evolved, the values we started with have remained the same.
We’ve always believed that jewelry is joy, and there is never a perfect time to buy a watch — only the perfect moment to celebrate. Being part of your milestones, traditions, and memories has been the greatest privilege of all.
Thank you for making the past twenty years so meaningful. We look forward to celebrating many more moments together.
— Chanda & Jai
Welcome
Founders
We have always shared a belief that luxury should feel meaningful — chosen with care and valued long after it leaves the boutique. That belief has guided the collections we select and the way we welcome people into Jai’s.
Welcome
Manisha and Sameer Tolani
Manisha and Sameer Tolani have grown up alongside Jai’s. From an early age, they spent time in the boutiques, assisting on the sales floor and learning from the team. Today, as the next generation of Jai’s, they bring distinct perspectives and complementary strengths; together, they are helping shape what comes next while remaining grounded in the personal service, trusted relationships, and values that have defined Jai’s for twenty years.
Manisha leads the marketing, brand identity, and overall experience at Jai’s, shaping the company culture at every touchpoint. From creating memorable events to bringing the feeling of the boutique online, she focuses on making each interaction feel considered, personal, and distinctly Jai’s. Sameer serves as Jai’s in-house gemologist, bringing his expertise in diamonds and gemstones directly to the client experience. Trained at the Gemological Institute of America, he works closely with clients on custom pieces, from selecting the right stone to shaping the final design. His approach combines gemological knowledge with a personal understanding of each client, helping guide every piece from initial idea to finished creation.

The Jai’s Custom Atelier
Guided by Sameer Tolani
Custom jewelry, gemstones, and original collaborations — guided by in-house gemology.
The Jai’s Custom Atelier is where the creative work of the business comes together. Its scope extends beyond bridal to include one-of-a-kind diamond and gemstone jewelry, new settings for existing stones, Jai’s own collections, and limited-edition watch collaborations.
For custom jewelry, clients are guided by Sameer Tolani, a GIA Graduate Gemologist. He explains the 4Cs of diamond grading and the qualities that distinguish sapphires, emeralds, and rubies, helping each client choose a stone that suits their preferences, design, and budget.
Jai’s sources diamonds and gemstones from around the world, develops each design in-house, and works with specialist designers and workshops to create the finished piece. Whether the starting point is a proposal, an inherited stone, or simply an idea, each project is developed through conversation — from the first sketch and stone selection to the final setting.

A Franck Muller Timepiece for Twenty Years
To celebrate twenty years of Jai’s, Franck Muller and Jai’s have created a limited-edition timepiece inspired by the place that started it all: Turks and Caicos.
Playful, distinctive, and unmistakably island-born, the design brings together Franck Muller’s expressive watchmaking language with the vibrant colors and spirit of Grace Bay. A white ceramic case — a first for Franck Muller — is accented with flowing blue lines, recalling the meeting of white sand and turquoise water. A subtle touch of rose gold adds warmth, while the compass detail nods to island life, boating days, and the sense of direction that has guided Jai’s since 2006.
The caseback makes the piece even more personal, featuring a map of the Turks and Caicos Islands and an engraving commemorating Jai’s twentieth anniversary. Limited to just twenty pieces, the watch is both a celebration of the past two decades and a meaningful marker of what comes next: creativity, collaboration, and a continued love for the islands.
Designed with two strap options and finished with thoughtfully crafted details unique to this anniversary edition, the Franck Muller x Jai’s timepiece is more than a collector’s watch. It is a piece of Turks and Caicos — made to be worn, remembered, and passed on.

Our People
Behind every Jai’s experience is a team that has helped shape our boutiques from the very beginning.
Tanya, Ravi, Ruby, David, Dino, and Deborah have grown alongside Jai’s for nearly twenty years. They know our clients, our collections, and the work that goes into making each visit personal. Their commitment has helped shape both boutiques and is a big part of why so many clients return year after year.
At Grace Bay, Tanya brings a strong eye for fine jewelry and oversees our David Yurman collections. Ravi is one of our most knowledgeable watch experts, while Ruby is a steady presence who supports the team wherever needed. David is the person everyone turns to — expertly handling everything from watch servicing and sizing to essential boutique operations.
At the airport boutique, Dino and Deborah have welcomed clients from around the world since the early days of Jai’s. Dino brings his deep watch knowledge paired with his charisma, while Deborah is known for her warmth and natural way with people.

Stephanie joined Jai’s as Director of Finance after working closely with the family for nearly twenty years, making her transition into the team a natural one.
Flodisha joined Jai’s during her gap year and found a welcoming home within the team. Now training in visual merchandising, she brings creativity and a fresh eye to our displays.
Isabel leads client relations, drawing on her hospitality background to nurture the lasting relationships at the heart of Jai’s.
Girlie, Laxman, Jaymie, and Jethro are the newest additions to the Jai’s family, each bringing fresh energy and their own strengths. Alongside our long-standing team members, they represent the balance of experience and new perspectives that continues to shape Jai’s.
As we celebrate twenty years, we celebrate all of them too: the familiar smiles, steady hands, thoughtful guidance, and everyday moments that have made Jai’s feel like more than a boutique.

Oyster Story
Oyster Story It was born of Hans Wilsdorf’s vision. The founder of Rolex sought to make the wristwatch an integral part of the technological innovations transforming society at the turn of the 20th century. One hundred years after revolutionizing the watchmaking world, the Oyster continues to expand, helping every wearer to pursue their personal goals.
OYSTER STORY
It was born of Hans Wilsdorf’s vision. The founder of Rolex sought to make the wristwatch an integral part of the technological innovations transforming society at the turn of the 20th century. One hundred years after revolutionizing the watchmaking world, the Oyster continues to expand, helping every wearer to pursue their personal goals.
THE CHALLENGE OF PRECISION
In 1910, a Rolex watch was awarded a certificate of chronometric precision from the Official Watch Rating Centre in Bienne, Switzerland. This wristwatch was therefore proven to be as precise as a pocket watch, the benchmark at the time. A few years later, in 1914, the watchmaking world was astounded once more when another Rolex wristwatch received a ‘Class A’ certificate from Great Britain’s Kew Observatory. This distinction had hitherto been generally reserved for hefty marine chronometers.
Through these achievements, Rolex made a major contribution to the credibility of the wristwatch, which had previously been regarded as mere jewellery and highly unreliable in terms of accuracy. Having overcome the challenge of precision, Rolex turned its attention to designing a flawless armour to protect its movements.
FROM OYSTER TO OYSTER PERPETUAL
The invention of the Oyster in 1926 was a major breakthrough in watchmaking. The case, which was to lend its name to a wristwatch, was entirely waterproof and dustproof thanks to its system of screwing down the bezel, case back and winding crown against the middle case.
This watchmaking revolution would be put to the test in 1927 when Englishwoman Mercedes Gleitze swam the Channel between France and England, spending over 10 hours in freezing seas. The watch that she wore – a gold Oyster – remained in perfect working order.
The development in 1931 of a groundbreaking self-winding system, the Perpetual rotor, further enhanced the performance of Rolex watches. Precise, waterproof and now autonomous, the Oyster had become ‘Perpetual’.
A LIVING LABORATORY
‘Performance under pressure’: such was the philosophy of Hans Wilsdorf, who, in the wake of Mercedes Gleitze’s achievement, entrusted Oyster watches to various explorers, scientists, athletes, pilots, seafarers, mountaineers and divers. These men and women were to test the reliability of Rolex watches from the highest peaks to the deepest oceans, turning our planet into a living laboratory. Their feedback allowed the manufacture’s engineers to perfect Oyster watches and constantly improve them.
A COLLECTION DRIVEN BY INNOVATION
Enhanced resistance to pressure and strong magnetic fields, graduated rotatable bezels, a second time zone... From the mid-1940s onwards, models multiplied, becoming increasingly specialized to meet a wide range of requirements. And so, from the first Oyster, a whole family of watches emerged. Each has set the standard in its category, and many have been hailed as icons of watch design.

Moments at Jai’s
Over the years, Jai’s has brought together clients, collectors, brand partners, and friends for memorable experiences that extend well beyond the boutique.
From intimate tastings and private previews to spirited launches and evenings of celebration, each event has offered a different way to discover the world of watches and jewelry in Turks and Caicos.
These moments have become part of the Jai’s story — evenings shaped by conversation, craft, island energy, and the people who continue to make the boutique feel like a destination.

Glitz and glamour greets Jai’s opening
Jai’s Fine Jewels and Luxury Items opened a new location at the Regent Grand at Grace Bay, Providenciales on Thursday June 14, bringing to three the number of stores being operated by Jai’s. The opening of the jewelry store was well attended by a wide cross-section of the Turks and Caicos Society. The following are photo highlights of the event.

Jai’s 20th Anniversary
In 2006, Chanda and Jai took a leap and opened the doors to Jai’s in the newly built Regent Village. They didn’t know what the next twenty years would bring; they simply believed in creating something together — a beautiful, elevated boutique where the experience would always come first. The community came together to celebrate that first evening, and in many ways, it was the beginning of everything that followed.

Sixteen Years In The Pink
Supporting the National Cancer Society of Turks and Caicos
For the past 16 years, In The Pink has held a special place in the Jai’s story. Chanda was part of the founding committee and has remained closely involved ever since, helping the event grow into one of our community’s most meaningful annual fundraisers.
Over the years, we’ve supported In The Pink through raffles, auctions, donations, and special collaborations, raising funds for breast-cancer care and treatment for women across Turks and Caicos.
In 2025, we hosted our first live auction for In The Pink, featuring a discontinued Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 mm Celebration Dial. The annual raffle also included a Jai’s 14-karat gold diamond serpent collar necklace and a David Yurman Cable Collectibles® pavé plate necklace, with all proceeds benefiting the National Cancer Society.
This year, we continue that tradition with a Franck Muller Color Dreams timepiece—a playful watch featuring twelve colorful numerals and a pink leather strap—as our 2026 raffle prize.
In The Pink continues to bring together residents, visitors, clients, local businesses, and brand partners. We’re proud to have been part of its story from the beginning, and grateful for the way people continue to show up year after year for a cause that touches so many across Turks and Caicos.

The Annual Golf & Fishing Tournament
By The Wine Cellar
For many years, Jai’s has proudly supported The Wine Cellar Golf & Fishing Tournament as its primary raffle sponsor, helping raise funds for youth programs across Turks and Caicos.
Held each March, the tournament brings the community together for a weekend of fishing, golf, and social events, all in support of organizations including the Edward C. Gartland Youth Centre, the TCI Amateur Athletic Association, and the TCI Swim Federation.
In 2025, the tournament raised $60,000, bringing its total charitable contributions to $664,000. That year, Jai’s partnered with Breitling to showcase a Superocean Heritage at the marina — a fitting timepiece for a weekend spent on the water.

A Bond Premiere
In 2008, Jai’s brought a touch of James Bond to Turks and Caicos with an evening celebrating the OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M “Quantum of Solace” Limited Edition.
Guests arrived at the boutique in classic Bond style, where the limited-edition timepiece was raffled before black limousines whisked everyone away to a screening of “Quantum of Solace,” followed by an after-party at Nikki Beach.
It was one of Jai’s first special events — a memorable night that brought together fine watchmaking, film, and our community in true 007 fashion.

Watches and Whiskey
With TUDOR and Jai’s
In June 2023, TUDOR and Jai’s welcomed collectors, clients, and friends for an evening of watches and whiskey at The Marine Room as the restaurant made its debut in Turks and Caicos.
Guests explored the TUDOR collection over special reserves from The Macallan, supplied by The Wine Cellar, with music by DJ Johnny Legend setting the tone. The evening felt refined yet relaxed — a chance to discover the watches, enjoy exceptional whiskey, and spend time together in a new island setting.

Turks and Caicos Launch
In June 2025, collectors, clients, and friends joined us at the Grace Bay Club to welcome the new Superocean Heritage.
Timed to coincide with the collection’s global debut, the evening gave guests time to view the new watches and learn about their diving heritage over sunset cocktails and bites by the water.
One of our clients, Adam Twigg, also brought his own Top Time motorbike to the event, where it was displayed alongside the watches — a personal nod to his love of both the collection and his bike.

Cartier: The Architecture of Elegance
Cartier
The Architecture of Elegance
For nearly two centuries, the illustrious history of the House of Cartier has shaped the landscape of high jewelry and haute horlogerie.
Founded in Paris in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier, the Maison quickly earned the moniker “the jeweler of kings and the king of jewelers,” a title bestowed by King Edward VII.
In anticipation of his coronation, the monarch commissioned twenty-seven Cartier tiaras and soon issued a royal warrant, followed by the courts of Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Russia, and the House of Orléans. Cartier’s regal prestige spread globally, culminating in its appointment as an official purveyor to the King of Siam.
The Maison remained in the family as Louis-François’ son, Alfred, and later his three grandsons, Louis, Pierre, and Jacques, joined the business, building a global empire from the original Paris location to landmark boutiques in London and New York. Today, Cartier operates as a premier subsidiary of the Swiss Richemont Group, guided by the family’s foundational ethos of always “be very kind.”

Touch and Try With Cartier
Touch and Try
With Cartier
In November 2024, Jai’s and Cartier hosted a Touch and Try evening at Indigo, Wymara Resort, inspired by the hands-on experience of Watches and Wonders.
White gloves were handed out on arrival, and five stations were arranged around the room, each presenting a different Cartier collection and the brand’s latest novelties. Guests were encouraged to sit, try on the watches, and take their time with each piece, while Rachel, a Cartier representative, shared her knowledge and answered questions throughout the evening.
It was an intimate and relaxed way to discover Cartier — through the watches themselves, thoughtful conversation, and the pleasure of seeing each collection up close, discovering extraordinary timepieces in an exclusive setting.

A Collaboration with Franck Muller
SOLD OUT
In 2025, as Franck Muller joined the Jai’s collection, we introduced our first custom limited-edition watch: the Crazy Hours 649 Edition.
Limited to just five pieces, the watch brought Franck Muller’s playful Crazy Hours complication to Turks and Caicos. Its hour hand jumps between numerals arranged in an unexpected order — a fitting take on island time.
The blue-on-blue design, black carbon-fiber case, and engraved map of Turks and Caicos on the dial and caseback made this edition distinctly ours. All five pieces sold, making it a memorable way to welcome Franck Muller to Jai’s.

An Apéritif Affair
With Marco Bicego
In May 2024, Jai’s and Marco Bicego hosted An Apéritif Affair at our Grace Bay boutique — an Italian-inspired happy hour centered around jewelry, spritzes, and good company.
Aperol and Hugo spritzes, Italian-inspired bites, and music set the mood as clients and friends explored the collection, tried on pieces, and caught up with one another. It was relaxed, social, and full of color — the kind of evening that naturally came together around the heart of the boutique.
Among the collections on display was Lunaria, inspired by the delicate leaves of the plant for which it is named. Each 18-karat gold leaf is shaped and engraved by hand, giving the jewelry its soft, brushed finish and surprisingly lightweight feel.

A Chopard Christmas
At Jai’s in Grace Bay
In December 2023, Jai’s and Chopard hosted A Chopard Christmas at our Grace Bay boutique — a festive day of jewelry, flowers, and live music.
A “Chopard x Jai’s” floral installation filled the boutique while clients stopped in throughout the day to explore the Happy Hearts and Happy Sport collections. Live saxophone music by Mohen filled the store, bringing plenty of Christmas spirit, and guests left with floral arrangements of their own.
It was a fun and festive way to spend the holiday season with the clients and friends who make this time of year at Jai’s so special.
